I’m a qualified Sports Therapist with a degree in Sports Therapy and a strong focus on rehab and strength work. As both a certified Personal Trainer and a competitive sprinter, I understand the demands of high-performance training and injury recovery firsthand. I take a hands-on approach to treatment, combining sports massage, movement-based rehab, and strength training to help clients recover, move better, and perform at their best.
